We have dozens and dozens and dozens of fine cheeses from local cheesemakers and from all over the world. From Western Massachusetts, we have national award-winner Westfield Farm Goat Cheese, Goat Rising products from The Farmstead at Mine Brook, and Smith’s Country Gouda. Some of our more popular cheese include Vermont Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar, Grafton Gold Cheddar, Parmigiano Reggiano, Cave-ripened French Roquefort, creamy French d’Affinois, and buttery St. Andre. Recent additions include Italian Tallegio, Spanish Garrotxa, and Holland Aged Gouda.
