From Western Massachusetts, Thomas Farm Goat cheeses, and lots from Vermont Creamery, and Smith’s Country Cheddars and Gouda. Some of our more popular cheeses include Vermont Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar, Grafton Smoked Cheddar, Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, Cave-ripened French Roquefort, creamy French d’Affinois, German Cambozola, and buttery St. Andre.
