Our handsomely remodeled Tuscan-style Wine Room boasts a huge assortment of wines. Each wine is tasted and hand selected by Judy O’Brien, general manager, who has overseen the operation of the liquor stores since 1988. Our wide array of “house” or “pizza” wines is value-oriented and provides you with many choices to complement your meals and events. We pride ourselves on our collection of rare and hard-to-find wines from around the world.
State Street’s extensive and unique beer and spirits offerings are similarly chosen with care and with you, our customer, in mind. Our beer selection contains hundreds of micro-brews from around the world such as Lindeman’s Framboise, Chimay, Lagunitas, and Sam Smith. Our local selections include Berkshire Brewery, Opa Opa, and People’s Pint. We have local ciders from West County and Meads from Green River Ambrosia.
